Welcome to DMARCShield by The Great Geek. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the products and services provided by DMARCShield by The Great Geek ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing or using our services you agree to be bound by these Terms.
We provide email authentication, reporting, monitoring and brand protection services. The specific products covered by these Terms include, but are not limited to:
Descriptions on the product landing/checkout pages govern the scope of each product; these Terms apply to any product you purchase from those pages.
3.1 Payment. You agree to pay all fees and charges for products and services you purchase. Prices, payment methods and billing cycles are described on the checkout pages linked above.
3.2 Taxes. All fees are exclusive of taxes; you are responsible for any sales, use, VAT or other taxes.
3.3 Changes to Price. We may change prices for new purchases; changes do not affect subscriptions already paid for unless otherwise stated.
If you purchase a subscription product, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each paid term unless cancelled prior to renewal. You are responsible for managing cancellations through your account or by contacting [CONTACT_EMAIL].
Refund and cancellation policies for each product are described on their checkout or purchase pages. General policy: unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable after service provisioning has begun. For questions about refunds, contact [email protected].
6.1 Account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials, and for all activity that occurs under your account.
6.2 Lawful Use. You will use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use our services to facilitate spam, fraud, or any activity that violates applicable law.
6.3 Cooperation. To deploy certain services (e.g., DMARC configuration), you must provide accurate DNS and domain data and cooperate with our deployment instructions.
All intellectual property rights in the services, software, documentation and trademarks belong to DMARCShield by The Great Geek or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service as provided under these Terms.
Each party agrees to protect the other's confidential information. Confidential information does not include information that is public, already in possession, or independently developed.
Except as expressly set forth in writing, the services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". We expressly disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DMARCShield by The Great Geek and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or use. Our aggregate liability for direct damages arising out of or related to these Terms will not exceed the amounts you paid to us for the specific service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless DMARCShield by The Great Geek from any claims arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the services, or your violation of applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate access to services for breach of these Terms or for other reasons with notice where required by law. Termination does not relieve you of payment obligations incurred prior to termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms will be resolved in the courts of the State of California, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on our site with a revised Effective Date. Continued use of the services after changes constitutes acceptance.
